Aleksandra Karasińska is a New York–based emerging visual artist originally from Warsaw, Poland. Working primarily in oil painting, she experiments with traditional techniques by introducing unexpected materials and disruptions to surface, scale, and perspective. Her works construct fractured spatial environments, drawing inspiration from Cubism and Surrealism and exploring alternative ways of seeing and composing space. Cultural symbols and recurring motifs appear throughout her practice, inviting viewers to question perception, memory, and the internal structure of narratives.
Karasińska works in partnership with DESA Unicum, a Warsaw-based art auction house, through which she exhibits and sells her work. This ongoing collaboration allows her to maintain strong professional ties to the Polish art scene while continuing to develop her practice in New York.
